Shraddha Prime Projects Announces Shraddha Park City Redevelopment
Shraddha Prime Projects has unveiled its new redevelopment project, Shraddha Park City, located in Nensey Colony, Borivali East, Mumbai. The project features a RERA carpet area of over 4,36,800 sq. ft. for residential space and 34,382 sq. ft. for commercial space, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹1200 crore over the next five years. The development spans a plot area of 12,760.30 sq. meters and will include a multi-storied high-rise tower. Shraddha Prime has also paid ₹7,02,40,876 towards stamp duty for the registration of the development agreement.
