Adding to its portfolio in the real estate sector, Ghaziabad-based Saya Homes will invest ₹450 crore in its first retail project at Greater Noida. The project named Saya South X, would primarily be a high-street retail development on an area of 12,000 sqm with a saleable area of 6.85 lakh sq ft. The project is based on a 100% sales model where all retail and business suites will be sold to individual buye₹It will include retail shops, six-screen multiplex, themed restaurants, banquets and over 300 business suites, said CMD of Saya Homes, Vikas Bhasin. He informed that funds for construction are being generated by equity, debt and internal accruals.
