Saya Group Partners with Lemon Tree Hotels for Business Suites in Greater Noida West

In a major boost to urban business hospitality, Saya Group has partnered with Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, to operate 336 fully-serviced BIZTOP Business Class Suites at its flagship mixed-use project, Saya SouthX in Greater Noida West.

Designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate travellers, the premium BIZTOP suites—ranging around 668 sq. ft. each—are spread across the 7th to 25th floors and will be managed by Lemon Tree Hotels. This strategic collaboration ensures high-quality service, contemporary design, and operational excellence under the BIZTOP brand, positioning Saya SouthX as a key business destination in the NCR.

The project is expected to attract over 50,000 daily footfalls, catering to more than 5 lakh residents in the surrounding catchment.
