Masters’ Union Signs Lease to Set Up 10-Acre Campus at Cyberwalk Gurugram

Masters’ Union, India’s premier business and technology school, has signed a lease to set up a 10-acre campus at Cyberwalk, a LEED Gold-certified, sustainable business district in Gurugram. Developed by the creators of Select CITYWALK, Cyberwalk is part of a 150-acre industrial hub housing major players like Nestle, Honda, Mitsubishi, and HCL Technologies.

The move aligns with Masters’ Union’s core philosophy of integrating education with industry. Instead of isolating students in academic silos, the institute places them within dynamic business environments—enabling real-time learning from CXOs, startup leaders, and multinational firms. Last year, over 50% of students engaged in live projects and internships with companies such as Microsoft, BCG, Accenture, Hitachi, and Zomato. This proximity to industry helped secure 30% of placement offers from firms students collaborated with during the program.

The new campus marks a major step in scaling the institute’s hands-on, practice-led education model while offering a world-class, environmentally conscious learning space in one of North India’s fastest-growing economic zones.

Pratham Mittal, Founder of Masters’ Union said, “We have always believed that the best learning happens not in silos, but in the shadow of real-world enterprise. This new campus at Cyberwalk continues that approach of placing our students at the centre of India’s industrial corridor, where they can learn by observing, participating, and building alongside real businesses.”

Slated to be operational by 2026, the Gurugram campus will accommodate 5000 students across disciplines like School of Business, School of Emerging Technologies and Executive Education and offer a distinctive blend of academic, entrepreneurial, and residential infrastructure. Beyond classrooms of different verticals of education, the space will feature startup accelerator zones, innovation labs, hostel, sports and recreation areas, business history museums, and cross-disciplinary project studios - all designed to foster experimentation, risk-taking and enterprise thinking.

To support a truly immersive experience, the campus will also include student residences, faculty housing and live-learn-work amenities that reflect how modern professional life is increasingly integrated. Cyberwalk’s biophilic and Vastu-informed master plan includes collaborative lounges, shaded courtyards, service apartments, and a 300-foot tower overlooking a central amphitheatre, engineered to facilitate both quiet reflection and spontaneous collaboration.
