SANY India Piling Rigs Drive Swift Completion of 2,523 Piles for BMRCL Phase 2

SANY India’s advanced piling rigs have played a key role in the swift completion of the piling phase for Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited’s (BMRCL) Phase 2A – Package 2 project.
Executed by Shankaranarayana Constructions Pvt. Ltd. (SNC), the project involved 2,523 piles, all completed using eight high-performance SANY Piling Rigs. Despite high traffic and logistical challenges in the IT hub, the zero downtime of SANY rigs ensured continuous operations, enabling early project completion.
The deployment of Sany’s cutting-edge equipment not only ensured rapid execution but also highlighted the importance of reliable and efficient machinery in meeting critical construction timelines. The speed and precision of the piling process underscore the growing reliance on advanced technology to drive India’s expanding metro infrastructure. Moreover, the project was executed in one of the toughest geological strata, setting a new benchmark for piling efficiency in such challenging conditions.
“The efficiency, reliability, and advanced engineering of Sany Piling Rigs have been instrumental in achieving swift project milestones,” said Mr. Sanjay Saxena, COO, Sany India. “Our technology-driven approach has contributed to the seamless execution of the BMRCL Phase 2 construction, reinforcing our commitment to supporting India’s infrastructure growth.”
The success of the project underscores Sany India’s pivotal role in the construction equipment industry, offering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and accelerate project timelines. As metro expansion gains momentum across the country, high-performance construction machinery is more critical than ever. The completion of the BMRCL piling phase exemplifies how Sany India’s commitment to innovation, durability, and operational excellence continues to set new benchmarks in urban infrastructure development.
