Sadbhav Infrastructure Project, which is a wholly owned subsidiary Nagpur Seoni Express Way, in a recent development has won an arbitration award against NHAI of ₹61.25 crore including interest there on to the tune of ₹18.64 crore, said official sources, elaborating that right from the date of award till final payment, NSEL will also receive interest at 12% p.a. Additionally, NSEL will also get 19 semi-annual annuity amount of ₹21.79 crore, instead of ₹19.198 crore currently paid by NHAI, making the total award amount to ₹110.50 crore, claimed an official spokesperson of the company.
