RVNL Wins ₹111 Cr Signalling Project from Southern Railway

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL) has secured a contract from Southern Railway worth ₹111.38 crore. The project involves installing Moving Block Signalling Automatic Detection (MSDAC) systems and upgrading automatic block signalling sections in the Chennai Division. The work includes integrating MSDAC with existing Centralized Traffic Control (DCTC) systems and replacing Automatic Block Signalling in the MAS-GDR and MSB-TBM sections. The project is expected to be completed within 18 months.
