RVNL Invites Bids for ₹96.94 Cr Rehabilitation of Kolkata’s Bascule Bridge

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) has invited bids for the rehabilitation of the Bascule Bridge at the Kolkata Dock System (KDS) under Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port. The project, estimated at ₹96.94 crore, has an 18-month completion timeline.

The scope includes mechanical and structural rehabilitation, span balancing, electrical upgrades, manual operation systems, and minor civil works.
