Rural Development Ministry Approves Road Projects in Three States
The Rural Development Ministry has approved the construction of roads in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Kerala under various central schemes. The projects include 60 roads covering 152.44 km in Madhya Pradesh under the Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adivasi Nyaya Maha Abhiyan (PM-JANMAN) at a cost of ₹113.58 crore. Additionally, 117 roads spanning 745.286 km in Maharashtra and 11 bridges in Kerala will be built under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) at costs of ₹655.66 crore and ₹55.28 crore, respectively.
