Adding to its project portfolio in Mumbai, Ruparel Realty has announced the launch of yet another affordable housing project 'Ruparel Pride'. The new project is strategically located at Nehru Nagar, Kurla East, and is walk-able distance from Kurla Railway station and well-connected with major business districts. After the successful launch of Ruparel Optima and Ruparel Nova, the company is expecting revenue worth ₹100 crore from Ruparel Pride. Under the new category of Ruparel True Value Homes, it aims at providing homes that are affordable, and which come under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY). The 22-storey tower will provide fully furnished air conditioned apartments of 323 sq ft (carpet area) for 1 BHK and 467 sq ft (carpet area) for 2 BHK at a price tag of ₹63 lakh onwards for 1 BHK and ₹90 lakhs upwards for 2 BHK, said an official spokesperson.
