NHAI invites bids for ₹777-cr road project

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for the construction of the four-lane access-controlled Delhi-Amritsar-Katra expressway in the Phase II (Package XVIII) in Jammu & Kashmir under the Bharatmala Pariyojana. The project will involve an investment of ₹777.56 crore.

The scope of work for the project includes the development and upgrading of a road stretch from Sidhra to Ban village on National Highway 44 from km 530.000 to km 545.300. The project will be completed within 24 months using the engineering procurement and construction model.
