NHAI announces ₹987.63-cr highway project in West Bengal
The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has announced plans to construct a four-lane highway on the Ghoshpukur-Salsalabari section of NH-31D in West Bengal. The project, which is being implemented using an engineering procurement and construction model, will involve an investment of ₹987.63 crore. It includes the rehabilitation and upgrading of a highway stretch from km 83.340 to km 113.200 (Package-II B) of the Ghoshpukur-Salsalabari section. The deadline for submission of bids for the project is 15 February 2023.
