NHAI and NHIDCL issue tenders for highway development in Karnataka and Nagaland

The National Highways Authority of India has invited bids for four-laning of the highway with paved shoulders from Hassan to Adihalli village in Karnataka on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis. The development work involves an investment of ₹1,318.36 crore and has a project completion period of 24 months.

In a separate development, the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL) has also issued tenders for the two-laning of the Peren-Dimapur section on NH-129A in Nagaland, with a scope of work that includes the construction of two lanes with hard paved shoulders from km 146.208 to km 163.592 on an EPC basis. This project, which has an investment of ₹117.27 crore and a completion period of 24 months, aims to improve infrastructure in the northeastern region of India.
