K2 Infra Secures Rs 391 Crore Telangana Rural Roads Project Under HAM

K2 Infra Ltd has secured a Rs 390.91 crore road infrastructure contract from the Government of Telangana for the construction, upgradation, strengthening and maintenance of rural roads in the Bhongir Circle under the Telangana Rural Roads Development Programme.

The project has been awarded under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) as part of Phase I, Package No. 2 of the programme.

The scope of work includes the development and long-term maintenance of selected roads under the Panchayat Raj Engineering Department (PRED) framework. The project is aimed at improving rural connectivity across the Bhongir Circle, enhancing access to markets, healthcare facilities, educational institutions and essential public services.

According to the company, the improved road network will facilitate smoother transportation for residents, farmers and businesses while supporting regional economic growth and social development.

The project will be executed through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) in accordance with the terms of the award, with agreement formalities to be completed within the stipulated timeline.
