RLDA Opens Bids for Commercial Tower Construction at Thane Railway Station

The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited bids for the construction of a commercial tower at Thane Railway Station, Maharashtra, above the SATIS (East) hub. This project is part of Thane's Smart City Mission, which envisions a Multi-Modal Transit Hub to enhance connectivity and reduce congestion. The 8-floor commercial complex will feature green office spaces, food courts, solar systems, and commuter facilities, strategically located in the heart of the commercial district with connections to metro, suburban rail, and bus services.
