RLDA Invites Bids for Commercial Development Near Chittoor Railway Station

Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited bids for the commercial development of a 2,670 sqm land parcel near Chittoor Railway Station, Andhra Pradesh, adjacent to NH-69 (Kadapa Chittoor Highway). The 60-year lease has a reserve price of ₹9.60 crore, with a proposed built-up area of 5,452 sqm.

Strategically located 150 meters from the station, the site offers excellent connectivity via NH-69 and the station's approach road, both of which are set to be expanded for better access. The land falls under Chittoor Municipal Corporation (CMC) and Chittoor Urban Development Authority (CHUDA). It is well-positioned for retail, office, and budget hotel development, adhering to local development norms.

This project is expected to boost the local economy and create job opportunities.
