RLDA Invites Bids for Commercial Development in Nellore
The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited bids for the commercial development of a 7,795.31 sqm land parcel located north of Nellore Railway Station, Andhra Pradesh. The site, adjacent to Ranganayakulapeta Road near NH-67, is available for a 45-year lease with a reserve price of Rs 15.50 crore. The proposed built-up area is approximately 31,720 sqm.
Bounded by Ranganayakulapeta Road to the north, NH-67 to the east, railway land to the south, and the railway platform to the west, the site is strategically positioned for commercial development. The area is well-suited for a shopping or retail complex, offering potential to boost the local economy and create jobs.
Nellore, located on the Penne River, is a city known for its agricultural exports and is experiencing growth in education and business sectors. The site’s proximity to residential developments, the Atmakur Bus Stand, and significant temples makes it an ideal location for commercial projects. The 30-meter-wide Bellari Krishnapatnam Highway (NH-67) enhances connectivity to other key areas within Nellore City.
