Rithwik Projects Secures Depot-Related Work Project for Mumbai Metro Rail

Rithwik Projects has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for the land development works related to the car depot for Metro Line-9 of the Mumbai Metro Rail Project. The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has awarded the contract, with Rithwik Projects' bid valued at ₹733.24 crore.

Under this contract, Rithwik Projects will undertake comprehensive land development works and construction of depot infrastructure. This includes the establishment of a stabling yard, operation control centre, depot control centre, administrative building, and maintenance and inspection buildings. Additionally, the project encompasses the construction of an auxiliary substation, roads, underground utility ducts, a drainage system, and rainwater harvesting systems. The contract also covers architectural finishing and pre-engineered building (PEB) works for the CAR Depot at Dongri.
