RITES secure ₹436-cr railway contracts

Adding to its project portfolio in the country's rail sector, Rites, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Indian Railways, which has already been executing a project for setting up of wagon workshop at Dalmianagar in the Rohtas district of Bihar at a cost of ₹89 crore, has recently bagged an additional contract worth ₹436 crore from the same client, said an official spokesperson, adding that the work on the project with prospectus of enhanced scope of work is scheduled to start very shortly.
