Viceroy Properties Expands Luxury Housing Business After Rs 300 Crore Sales at VISAVA

Since its launch in March 2026, Viceroy VISAVA has recorded bookings worth over Rs 300 crore, reflecting robust demand for premium residences in one of Mumbai's prime coastal locations.
Building on this momentum, the developer plans to expand its pipeline across key micro-markets, strengthen its leadership team and diversify into the commercial real estate segment.
The company said the response to Viceroy VISAVA validates growing demand for design-led luxury homes that focus on quality, functionality and lifestyle. It aims to leverage this momentum to establish a stronger presence in Mumbai's premium residential market while expanding into commercial developments.
Commenting on the company's growth trajectory, Cyrus Mody, Founder & C.E.O. of Viceroy Properties, said, "Viceroy VISAVA was a test of our belief that restraint, craft, and the right location make for an extraordinary home. The market has responded in a way that gives us real conviction to move forward with greater scale and ambition. We are not interested in volume for its own sake. We want to build the kind of homes that Mumbai's most discerning buyers have always deserved but rarely found. That is what this next phase is about."
To support this growth, Viceroy Properties has appointed Jajit Menon as Chief Revenue Officer. Menon brings over 25 years of leadership experience across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, CRM, and Customer Experience, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and scaling revenue operations in competitive markets.
On strengthening the leadership team, Cyrus Mody added, “As we continue to build on the momentum created by Viceroy VISAVA and our growing development pipeline, strengthening our leadership team becomes a strategic priority. Jajit brings a unique combination of commercial acumen, customer understanding and organizational leadership that aligns perfectly with where we want to take the business over the coming years. His appointment reflects our commitment to building a future-ready organization capable of delivering sustainable growth at scale.
On his appointment, Jajit Menon said, "The real estate sector is entering a phase where customers are increasingly rewarding brands that consistently deliver on quality, trust and experience. Viceroy has built a strong reputation on these fundamentals, and the success of recent developments reflects that. I look forward to working with the leadership team to unlock the next phase of growth, deepen customer engagement and strengthen the company's market leadership.”
