Suraksha Group Completes 84 Towers With 7,913 Homes at Jaypee Wish Town Noida

Suraksha Group, which acquired Jaypee Infratech Limited (JIL), has accelerated construction and infrastructure development at Wish Town in Noida, making progress on project completion and occupancy approvals.

The company has completed 84 towers comprising 7,913 dwelling units. Occupancy Certificates (OCs) have been received for 42 towers covering 4,213 units, while applications have been submitted for another 26 towers comprising 2,229 units.

Structural audits have also been completed for seven towers comprising 583 units. Fire NOC has been received for two of these towers, while approvals for the remaining towers are under process. Audits are underway for another nine towers comprising 888 units.

Following completion of structural audits and receipt of Fire NOCs, Suraksha Group will initiate the process of securing Occupancy Certificates for the remaining towers, as it works towards completing and delivering homes at Jaypee Wish Town.
