NH-24, Ganga Expressway Boost New Moradabad as Emerging Realty Hub in Western UP

The rapid infrastructure push along NH-24 (NH-9) is driving new real estate growth corridors in western Uttar Pradesh, with New Moradabad emerging as a key residential micro-market backed by improved connectivity and planned development.

According to National Real Estate Development Council, infrastructure-led development is increasingly shaping buyer and investor interest, especially in tier-2 cities linked to the NCR. The widening of NH-24 and the development of the Ganga Expressway are expected to further enhance connectivity and ease movement of people and goods.

Government investments of nearly Rs 3,000 crore across western Uttar Pradesh, including township development in Moradabad, are supporting this growth. “Planned developments like New Moradabad are benefiting from policy support, infrastructure upgrades and affordability,” said Pyush Lohia, Managing Director of Lohia Worldspace Pvt. Ltd.

With better livability, lower density and more competitive pricing compared to NCR markets, New Moradabad is attracting both end-users and investors.
