M3M Capital Financial Center in Gurugram
M3M India has launched M3M Capital Financial Center (CFC), a Grade A commercial development at Sector 113, Gurugram, with an estimated investment of Rs 600 crore and a projected topline of Rs 1,500 crore.

Spread across approximately 1.42 acres within the Smart City Delhi Airport (SCDA) Luxury Corridor, the project will comprise a 22-storey tower with four basement levels. It will offer 165 units, including 152 premium office spaces, six multiplex units and seven retail units.

The development will feature intelligent building management systems, technology-enabled infrastructure and efficient mobility solutions. M3M India will also establish its corporate headquarters across three floors of the project.

A global aviation company is set to acquire approximately 75,000 sq ft of space in the development, indicating early occupier demand for the project.

Unlike conventional office developments, M3M Capital Financial Center derives its strength from the vibrant ecosystem surrounding it. Strategically connected to Aerocity, IGI Airport, South Delhi, West Delhi and Gurugram through the Dwarka Expressway, NH-48, UER-II and the Vasant Kunj Extension corridor, the project enjoys exceptional regional connectivity. Located just 15–20 minutes from Aerocity and IGI Airport, CFC offers direct access to India's premier hospitality district and international gateway while operating within a fully integrated mixed-use destination.

Designed to cater to the evolving needs of Global Capability Centres (GCCs), multinational corporations, financial institutions and other knowledge-driven enterprises, Capital Financial Center combines institutional-grade infrastructure with an address that reflects corporate ambition. The development features approximately 22,500 sq. ft. column-free floor plates with nearly 65% space efficiency, enabling flexible headquarters that deliver operational excellence while enhancing employee experience.

M3M Capital Financial Center anchors a distinctive neighbourhood of entrepreneurs, HNIs, CXOs and global business leaders. Seamlessly connected to the 1-kilometre M3M Capital Walk, it integrates premium retail, cafés, destination dining and curated lifestyle experiences into the everyday workplace. At its heart is 'The Chamber', an exclusive members' business club designed for board meetings, executive networking, private engagements and curated business experiences. A premium two-level cinema, vibrant public spaces and thoughtfully curated retail further create a destination where work, business and lifestyle naturally intersect.

The development is expected to be completed by end of 2029, further strengthening Smart City Delhi Airport's position as one of NCR's most significant mixed-use destinations. Building on the success of M3M IFC, which redefined premium office developments in Gurugram, Capital Financial Center marks the next chapter in M3M India's vision of creating globally relevant business destinations that seamlessly integrate commerce, hospitality, retail and luxury living.

On the occasion of the launch, Robin Mangla, President, M3M India, said, "We have always believed that commercial real estate should inspire as much as it performs. With projects like M3M IFC, we redefined the language of premium office developments by introducing a level of sophistication and design that was uncommon in the market. Capital Financial Center takes that philosophy to the next level. Today, businesses are looking beyond conventional office buildings. Equally important, the next generation of professionals no longer sees work as a 9-to-5 routine. They seek workplaces that encourage collaboration, networking and experiences beyond the desk. Capital Financial Center has been envisioned around this transformation, creating an ecosystem where business performance, collaboration and lifestyle converge in ways that traditional office developments cannot offer."
