Karyan Group Begins Construction of Rs 900 Crore Luxury Housing Project in Ghaziabad
The NCR-based developer is investing Rs 900 crore in the project and expects to generate nearly Rs 1,500 crore in revenue, driven by growing demand for premium housing in the NH-24 corridor.
Trevana Residences will offer 3 and 4 BHK luxury apartments with modern amenities, sustainable infrastructure and a 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. The development will also feature landscaped open spaces, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness centres, jogging tracks, sports facilities, smart security systems, rainwater harvesting and solar-powered common areas.
Strategically located with seamless connectivity to Delhi, Noida and Meerut, the project also offers easy access to upcoming metro connectivity, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail centres and major business districts. The project is scheduled for completion by 2030.
The launch comes amid strong demand for luxury and upper mid-segment housing in NCR, with developers increasingly focusing on integrated lifestyle communities offering premium amenities, connectivity and long-term value.
