EFC Leases 95,897 Sq Ft Office Building in Pune, Eyes Rs 70 Crore Revenue Potential
The A+ grade property will add more than 2,000 seats to EFC's managed office portfolio, strengthening its presence in Pune and increasing its capacity to serve growing demand for flexible, fully managed workspaces.
With complete control of the building, EFC said it will be able to optimise operations, branding, customer experience, space utilisation and margins while offering scalable office solutions to enterprise clients.
The latest addition further strengthens EFC's Real Estate as a Service (REaaS) platform in its home market and expands its footprint across key commercial micro-markets in Pune.
