Pune Metro to Connect Directly with Airport

Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation and Pune MP, Muralidhar Mohol, has announced a direct metro link to Pune International Airport. The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) will prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the proposed extension. The new corridor will extend the existing Khadakwasla–Swargate–Hadapsar–Kharadi metro line up to the airport, enhancing urban connectivity and easing travel for flyers.
