Prozo Appoints Vaibhav Dhawan as COO in Addition to CTO Role

In his expanded role, Vaibhav will drive tighter alignment between Prozo’s technology roadmap and operational execution, enhancing agility, service quality, and responsiveness across client engagements. Vaibhav, In his 8+ years at the company, he has been instrumental in building and scaling Prozo’s proprietary tech stack, comprising ProOMS (order management system), ProWMS (warehouse management system), ProShip (transportation management system), and most notably the Prozo Control Tower, which ensures best-in-class SLA adherence and end-to-end supply chain visibility. His ability to bridge platform thinking with operational execution has significantly elevated client experience and delivery excellence positioning Prozo as a trusted partner to marquee brands across B2B, B2C, and D2C segments.
