New Scaffolding Product Lines by Doka Revealed at bauma 2025
At bauma 2025, visitors experienced an array of brand-new scaffolding innovations at the Doka booth in the open-air area north/west (booth FN.420–FN.423). With the introduction of new scaffolding product lines, Doka further expanded its offering as a one-stop shop for formwork and scaffolding. Developed in close cooperation with global scaffolding provider AT-PAC, the new product lines are tailored to the practical needs of today’s construction sites – from high-load applications to public access, façade works, and complex geometries.
Across more than 5,300 square meters of exhibition space, Doka showcased over 40 innovations from various fields of concrete construction – with scaffolding playing a central role. Towering above it all: a 30-meter scaffolding landmark tower, built from Ringlock components and Doka’s UniKit heavy-duty shoring system. It is more than a visual landmark – it is a statement of engineering capability, modular integration, and Doka’s ambitions in scaffolding. At the very top, a fully accessible visitor platform offered one of the most spectacular views of the entire bauma exhibition grounds – giving attendees not only a unique perspective on the show, but a literal vantage point on the future of scaffolding.

Scaffolding power in one place
Under one big roof, Doka showcased its products and innovations alongside its subsidiaries and sister companies from across the Umdasch Group. As part of this setup, visitors also experienced the scaffolding brand AT-PAC, a global provider of scaffolding solutions for the industrial sector and scaffold contractors, and part of the newly launched umdasch Industrial Solutions, the third division of the Umdasch Group, to which Doka also belongs. As a global powerhouse with 30 years of scaffolding expertise, AT-PAC serves as the engineering and development driver behind the innovations presented at the Doka booth. All new product lines are designed for use across both construction sites and industrial environments.

Longer spans, fewer parts
One of the most talked-about highlights at the booth was the Multi-Purpose Beam System (MPBS) – a major step forward in modular scaffolding. Designed for o-type planks, MPBS enables trip-free walking surfaces, longer spans with reduced number of components required, and integrates seamlessly into existing ringtype scaffolding systems. Its true strength lies in its adaptability: from large cantilevers to suspended scaffolds and even pipe racks, it opens entirely new configurations without compromising on stability or speed of assembly. A fully walkable scaffolding assembly was experienced by delegates to showcase the system's potential first-hand.
Public access, engineered for safety
Another highlight was the new Ringlock Public Access Stair System (Ringlock PAS). The steel stairs were designed to secure infrastructure projects, industrial sites, or major public events with heavy foot traffic. PAS delivers high-load capacity, child-proof safety features, and full compatibility with Ringlock scaffolding. Its modular design means it adaptes easily to different site geometries and at bauma, it was featured prominently within the 30-metre tower itself.
Flexible façade scaffolding with hybrid efficiency
Construction companies working on façade and renovation projects appreciated the new Ringlock Hybrid Standard, blending the best of frame scaffolding with the adaptability of Ringlock. Lighter, easier to handle, and built for sites where frequent adjustments are part of the job, this system helps crews work faster without giving up safety or load-bearing capacity.
Strong foundations, faster assembly
Ringshore, the new Ringlock shoring frame, is a flexible solution for every shoring application. Built around Ringlock geometry but explicitly designed for efficiency improvement, it features integrated ladders, modular height adjustment, and a streamlined assembly process that can cut labour time by up to 30% compared to standard Ringlock. Whether used for slab formwork or platforms in industrial environments, Ringshore delivers high performance with fewer complications.
