Property expo evokes resounding response

The recently concluded three-day property exhibition organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) at the Chopda Lawns along Gangapur Road attracted close to 15,000 visitors and is set to generate sales of over 140 flats worth Rs 40cr. Apart from this, the exhibition also got spot bookings of 35 flats worth Rs. 5-cr in the past three days. Around 35 builders and developers showcased 107 residential projects with over 7,000 flats to visitors, President, CREDAI Nashik, Sunil Kotwal, said, adding that the objective was to give 35 builders and developers across the city, the opportunity to showcase their properties to those willing to buy housing units. The visitors also had direct dialogue with builders which helped clear their doubts and helped them in buying the home of their dreams in their ideal locations. Moreover, the exhibition helped realtors to convert buyers on the verge of buying homes, into bookings and the body is expecting the sale of over 100 flats worth Rs 35cr. Likewise, the CREDAI also created data bank of 15,000 visitors along with their budget and locations of their choice, he added.
