Projects Worth Over ₹7,200 Cr Unveiled in Sangareddy
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation for development projects worth more than ₹7,200 crore in Sangareddy, about 60 km from Hyderabad. The projects span various sectors including road, rail, petroleum, and natural gas.
The key highlights include the inauguration of the Civil Aviation Research Organisation (CARO) centre at Begumpet Airport, Hyderabad, aimed at enhancing R&D activities in the civil aviation sector. Additionally, Modi inaugurated three National Highway projects, including the six-laning of the 29 km long Pune-Hyderabad Section of NH-65.
Other projects inaugurated include the doubling and electrification of the Sanathnagar-Moula Ali rail line, six new station buildings, and the inaugural MMTS Train Service from Ghatkesar-Lingampalli via Moula Ali-Sanathnagar. Moreover, the Indian Oil Paradip-Hyderabad Product Pipeline, spanning 1,212 km with a capacity of 4.5 MMTPA, was also inaugurated by the Prime Minister.
