Prestige Group has acquired 21 acres of land in Whitefield
Prestige Group has acquired 21 acres of land in Whitefield, Bengaluru, for ₹450 crore. The acquired land will be utilized for residential development, encompassing approximately four million square feet of developable area, with plans for around 1,800 apartments.

Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group, stated, "This large-format project spans over four million square feet of developable area, with a projected gross development value (GDV) of ₹4,500 crore."
