Prateek Group to Invest ₹2,000 Cr in Luxury Housing Project in Ghaziabad

Prateek Group, a leading real estate developer in Delhi-NCR, has announced a ₹2,000-crore investment in its luxury residential project, Prateek Grand Begonia, in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad. The 15-acre project will feature 2,400 premium flats, aimed at both end users and investors.

Priced between ₹1.2 crore and ₹2.75 crore, the flats will be sold at ₹11,000 per sq. ft. Construction is underway, with completion expected in five years. The first phase will offer 1,200 flats, with a payment plan allowing buyers to pay 30% at booking and 70% on possession. Notably, over 400 flats were sold pre-launch at ₹9,000 per sq. ft.

In addition to luxury homes, the project will include a school and shopping mall, adding to its appeal. Prateek Group anticipates generating sales revenue exceeding ₹5,000 crore from the development.
