Paranjape Construction launches project in Thane

In a bid to make the most out of the emerging biz avenues in the country's realty sector, Paranjape Construction, a leading developer in Maharashtra with its base in Pune announced the launch of new housing project named as Opulus in association with Richa Developers. The project will have 2-3 BHK spacious homes with a ticket size ranging from ₹1.25 crore to ₹1.72 crore. This project has been designed in contemporary style and is located just besides famous KashinathGhanekarNatyagruha, off Pokharan road in Thane, Managing Director, Paranjape Schemes (Construction), Shashank Paranjape, said, elaborating that the company is very proud with its entry in Thane city because the family legacy in construction origins from Vile-Parle since 1930s with development of residential projects by his grandfather, V. B. Paranjape. With experience of redeveloping many projects including large project like Vijaynagar in Andheri, the newest project is all set to create another landmark in the city's housing sector, he insisted.
