Aparna Construction starts luxury project in Hyderabad
Aparna Constructions, which is a renowned realty builder in the region, has recently launched a new luxury housing project named as Aparna Luxor Park in Hyderabad. The project, which is a gated community venture in the hi-tech city, is in close proximity to the IT and financial hubs of the state capital, said, Director, Aparna Constructions, Rakesh Reddy, adding that the project is the third residential property from Aparna Constructions launched in the last one year in the city and will be completed by March 2023. Equipped with excellent connectivity to major IT and financial hubs, Aparna Luxor Park will provide the much-desired lifestyle that discerning luxury home buyers are looking for. In 2-3 years, the company plans to further strengthen its portfolio in this segment with at least 3-4 launches in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Comprising of 414 units, the project offers customers with 3, 4 BHK luxury apartments in the range of 2025 to 3075 sq ft. Priced at ₹1.75 crore and upwards, the project has been designed to provide homeowners with the feeling of ultra-luxury gated community living.
