P&C Projects Emerges as Lowest Bidder for Chennai Police Quarters Project

P&C Projects has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) in the tender floated by the Tamil Nadu Police Housing Corporation (TNPHC) for constructing police quarters at the Mansion Site in Chennai, under the Chief Minister's Announcement Scheme.

The project involves the construction of 896 quarters for police constables and head constables, with an estimated cost of ₹300 crore. P&C Projects secured the L1 position with a quoted bid of ₹299.75 crore.
