Omaxe Partners with IHCL to Launch Gateway Hotel at The Omaxe State, Dwarka
Omaxe Ltd., one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced a landmark partnership with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), operator of the Taj brand, to launch a Gateway branded hotel at The Omaxe State, Dwarka, India’s first integrated sports, retail, hospitality, food, and cultural hub.
The development will feature a 158-key luxury hotel, including 40 exclusive stadium-view suites inside the International Cricket-cum-Football Stadium, a first-of-its-kind in India, along with 108 luxury rooms in the adjoining premium club building.
Spanning 50.4 acres under a PPP model with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), The Omaxe State is anchored by a 30,000-seater ICC & FIFA-standard stadium and designed around five lifestyle districts: Sports, Hospitality, Food, Social, and Shopping.
In addition, IHCL will operate a 250,000 sq. ft. elite members-only club, one of India’s largest, offering signature restaurants, lounges, wellness facilities, Olympic-standard swimming pool, sports arenas, co-working spaces, and world-class banqueting.
Strategically located near Bharat Vandana Park and Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, the project is set to become a major destination for global conferences, exhibitions, and sporting events.
