Ocean Infra plans ₹450-cr commercial space in Noida

Ocean Infraheights Golden I
The NCR-based Ocean Infraheights has decided to invest ₹450 crore in developing 3 million sq ft of commercial and retail hub in Greater Noida (west). Spreading across an area of 25-acre, the project Golden I was acquired from another company, which couldn't continue with the construction. The demand for office space has been increasing in Noida and it hopes the trend will continue. Sudhanshu Rai, CEO, informed that there is a lack of large managed space at Golden I, which the company will be able to provide. Golden I also has a 10% residential component where most of the units were sold by the previous owner of the project. During lockdown, the company kept labour in its premises and as soon as the government allowed, it started the construction and is intended to complete the first phase of the project by June 2022. Anand Shukla, MD at Golden I, informed that the project includes premium corporate suites, high street shopping, green surroundings (5 acres dedicated as a green space with soothing landscaping), break-out zones, sitting areas, designated visitor parking and more with sustainable green norms like designated charging.
