NHAI Invites Bids for Six-Lane Elevated Corridor in Flood-Prone Kolhapur on NH-48

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for the construction of a six-lane elevated corridor in the flood-affected zone of Kolhapur on the Kagal–Satara section of NH-48. The project includes building a six-lane elevated corridor and a flyover towards Kolhapur city. It will be executed under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode.

This section was descoped from the original Kagal–Satara Package 1 and pertains specifically to the second-level ramp construction. The project is expected to be completed within three years, followed by a maintenance period of 10 years. The last date for bid submission is 18 December 2025.
