NBCC has bagged an order worth ₹463 crore from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Visakhapatnam. NBCC will be the Project Management Consultant for development of a campus in phase 1, which will include academic, residential and admin blocks as well as a library, lab, sports and other facilities. The 230.25 acre project with built-up area of 60,384 sqm will be completed within 30 months, said CMD, NBCC, Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal. NBCC has extensive experience in delivering world-class educational and healthcare institutes with sustainable development. Examples include IIT Delhi, IIT Mandi, IIT Roorkee, NIFTEM, ICI, HQ and the Regional Offices of CBSE, among many others.
