NAREDCO Maharashtra Signs MoU with 41 Channel Partner Associations for HOMETHON Property Expo 2025
In a landmark move set to transform Maharashtra’s real estate sector, NAREDCO Maharashtra has signed a historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 41 Channel Partner (CP) associations across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) for the upcoming Realtors Conclave, an integral part of HOMETHON Property Expo 2025. Supported by Hiranandani Communities and Labdhi Lifestyle, this collaboration brings together over 35,000 channel partners—the largest-ever CP network under one umbrella.
For the first time, HOMETHON will feature an International Pavilion, showcasing premium global real estate projects. This initiative will create new revenue streams for channel partners through international property sales, while offering Indian HNIs, NRIs, and investors access to exclusive global housing options.
The mega property expo is targeting housing sales worth ₹25,000+ crore, with over 1,000 projects from leading developers spanning every segment—from affordable homes to ultra-luxury residences—across Mumbai, MMR, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Raigad, Pune, Nashik, and Nagpur. Buyers will benefit from exclusive offers such as stamp duty waivers, registration discounts, special deals, and tailor-made home loan schemes.
