MSRDC floats tender for ₹1,470-cr GST Bhavan in Mumbai
The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) has floated a tender inviting three companies to submit e-bids for the construction of Goods and Services Tax (GST) Bhavan at Wadala in Mumbai. The three companies are ACC India Pvt Ltd, Larsen & Toubro Ltd, and Shapoorji Pallonji. They are pre-qualified contractors and are supposed to submit bids within the stipulated timelines. According to the proposed plan, apart from constructing GST Bhavan, a training academy and auditorium will also be built at an estimated cost of ₹1,470 crore. Once the contract is signed with the selected agency, the construction period will be 30 months and the project will be carried out on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model.
