MRVC Invites Bids for ₹84.72 Cr Residential Project in Byculla

Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation (MRVC) has invited bids for a major residential project at Nirmal Park Railway Colony in Byculla, Mumbai.

The project involves the construction of 48 G+28 multi-storied residential quarters, along with allied works, under a green building initiative aimed at promoting sustainable urban development and enhancing housing for railway staff.

The estimated cost is ₹84.72 crore, with a completion timeline of 30 months from the date of award.
