In a recent high powered committee meeting, spearheaded by chief minister of the state as many as 6 investment projects inviting an investment of Rs.3,285-cr from private players were cleared, said an official statement, elaborating that Messrs Pacific Iron Manufacturing Ltd. will be investing Rs. 335-cr in Sihora of Jabalpur district. Messrs Fujitsu Optel Pvt. Ltd. has been tasked to develop special processing area in IT sector by investing Rs. 57cr. Likewise, Mayur Unicoters Ltd. will invest Rs. 109-cr in setting up a coated fabric textile project. Messrs Vardhman Textile Ltd. will invest Rs. 1,450-cr for advancement and extension of units situated at Mandideep, Satlapur, and Budhni. Messrs Sagar Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. will invest Rs. 936.64cr. Similarly, Hetich India Pvt. Ltd. will invest Rs.398 crore in Peethampur on setting up furniture fittings construction unit.
