The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) has floated tender for road up-gradation of the existing stretch to four-lane with paved shoulder from 108.60 km to 144.00 km and 158.42 km to 173.30 km of NH-58 (old NH-8) (Beawar-Gomti section) in Rajasthan (Package-2) on EPC model, involving a cost of ₹281.73 crore. The project includes the balance works of rehabilitation and up-gradation of Nakrekal to Nagarjunasagar section of NH-565 to 2L+PS/4L from 1.000 km to 86.057 km in Telangana on the EPC model. This part of the work will entail an investment of ₹329.33 crore. Both the projects will be completed in 24 months with a combined investment of ₹611.06 crore.
