MoRTH Approves ₹574 Cr Highway Upgrade in Maharashtra

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has approved the upgradation of the four-lane National Highway connecting the Jawale-Borgaon Kale section in Maharashtra.

The 37.525-kilometer stretch, estimated to cost ₹574.18 crore, is a critical corridor linking major cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nanded, Udgir, and Latur. This upgrade aims to enhance connectivity and streamline both passenger and freight traffic along the route.
