MJ Infra plans Rs. 1,000cr realty projects

Sensing burgeoning business opportunities in the real estate segment of the state, the Bengaluru-based realty major M J Infrastructure is entering Kerala with Rs 1000-cr investment plans to build real estate projects, chairman and managing director Dr P Anil Kumar said, elaborating that the company has planned five residential projects, three in Kochi and one each in Thiruvananthapuram and Kottayam whereas the Thiruvananthapuram residential project has been designed as a residential township with two separate segments of 86 villas and 96 apartments.

The player has already completed 15 projects covering 6.3 million sq ft. in Bangalore in the past 17 years and that the company is focused on residential and contractual projects. Currently it has ten ongoing residential projects aggregating 24.54 million sq ft. and 12 contractual projects stretching across 5.93 million sq ft., he added.
