Pune Metro Invites Bids for ₹910cr Elevated Viaduct Project
Pune Metro initiates the bidding process for the design and construction of a 4.519 km elevated viaduct, connecting PCMC to NIGDI on the North-South Corridor of Pune Metro Rail Project's Reach-1 extension. The estimated investment for this project is ₹910.18 crore, with a stipulated execution period of 130 weeks. This development comes after the approval of the Pune metro's Purple line extension by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Maharashtra government, and the Public Investment Board. The extension aims to augment Pune metro's current 54.14 km network, adding 4.413 km to enhance connectivity in the region.
