Hyderabad unveils new metro link to city's airport
The Municipal Administration Department in Hyderabad, as part of its unending efforts to boost the state’s infrastructure, has decided to build metro rail connectivity between Raidurg and Hyderabad International Airport. It also plans to build an Elevated Bus Rapid Transit System (EBRTS) starting from KPHB to Kokapet, besides building 15 bridges over the Musi River including a 21-km cycle track on ORR with solar-covered roofing. The loop will be 42 km long.
