MEP Infra secures Rs. 624-cr road project

In a joint venture, MEP infrastructure together with Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction has recently secured a highway project in Gujarat at an investment worth Rs. 624cr. The scope of work in the project included the construction of four laning of Talaja—Mahuva section of NH 8-E in Gujarat on the hybrid annuity model. The project will be commissioned in two and a half years with a concession period of 15 years excluding the construction period. In the project, the company will receive bi-annual annuity from NHAI post commercial operation date. After this project, its JV order book stands at Rs. 3,232-cr to be executed over the next two-and-a-half years, said an official spokesperson.
