Mani group plans 27-floor tower in Odisha

Mani Group, which is a Kolkata-based player engaged in real estate, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and education, has committed to build the tallest residential apartment tower in Bhubaneswar, the state capital of Odisha. The structures, with a height of 84 metres and consisting 27 floors, are coming up in the second phase of 'Mani Tribhuvan' residential project where the Group has lined up an investment of Rs. 128cr, Chief Executive Officer, Sanjay Jhunjhunwala said, adding that the company is going to start work on the second phase of the project in Bhubaneswar in the next two months after securing the mandatory clearances. The second phase of the project would be equipped with facilities like indoor swimming pool, mini theatre, virtual golf, video games, billiards, mini bowling, air hockey, sky lounge, gym, and guest rooms, he insisted.
